Admission, Fee & Course Policies

By taking admission at ZAFF Institute, students agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.1Students are responsible for judging whether a course suits their needs before enrolling. ZAFF Institute does not guarantee employment or any specific career outcome.
1.2Right of admission is reserved. Students who show disruptive or unreasonable conduct may be refused admission to future courses, and the decision of the management is final.
1.3Wi-Fi, where available, is for educational use during class hours only.
1.4Classes missed due to holidays or emergencies will be made up on weekends or alternate days, depending on the availability of both trainer and student.
1.5Audio and video recording inside the premises is not allowed. Still photography is permitted.
1.6Students must not contact trainers or staff personally to request services, paid work or job opportunities.

2.1Any bank charges on fee transfers must be borne by the student.
2.2Online or international payments may carry extra currency-conversion charges, which are payable by the student.
2.3The recovery fee must be paid by the due date. After the due date, the student will not be permitted to attend classes until the outstanding fee is paid. A grace period of 7 days will be provided after the due date. During this period, a late payment fine of Rs. 100 per day will be charged until the outstanding amount is paid. Until the fee is fully paid, the student will not be allowed to attend classes and will be removed from the official student group. If the outstanding fee is not paid within 7 days of the due date, the student will be officially dropped from the institute. If the student wishes to rejoin the institute in the future, they must complete the new admission process and pay the applicable admission fee again.

3.1All prices and offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2Pricing errors may occasionally occur due to human mistakes, technical faults or image and display issues, and ZAFF Institute may correct them.
3.3Batch or group training is priced differently from personalized one-on-one training.

4.1ZAFF Institute reserves the right to change fees based on market conditions, course changes or discontinuation, advertising errors or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2The fee agreed at the time of a student's admission remains unchanged for that admission.

5.1ZAFF Institute may cancel or reschedule classes because of trainer availability or other unavoidable circumstances.
5.2Students who want any change to their course or schedule must request it from the administration in writing with advance notice.
5.3Course shifting: if a student has not attended any class within 1 week of admission, they may shift to any other course, with the difference in course fee to be paid or adjusted accordingly.
5.4Course freezing: a course can be frozen only after the full course fee has been paid. Without full fee payment, a course cannot be frozen.
5.5Multiple courses: if a student takes admission in more than one course and later wants to leave one and adjust its fee in another course, this is not allowed.
5.6The course fee covers training and course material only. Any exam or certification fees are charged separately.

6.1After admission, the fee is non-refundable.
6.2No cash refund is given. The only adjustment available is course shifting under the course shifting clause above.
6.3Any adjustment applies to the training fee only and does not include course material, kits, labs or exam fees.
6.4If a student is not satisfied with the service, the management may, at its discretion, offer an alternate trainer, batch, date or format, but not a cash refund.
